Full Stack Engineer
EngineeringAbout the Role
Own features end-to-end across our FastAPI + Python backend and Next.js frontend. You’ll work directly on Banklyze’s AI pipeline that extracts, validates, and scores financial document data for MCA underwriting decisions. High autonomy: ship to production multiple times per week and see your work power real funding decisions for hundreds of lenders.
What You'll Do
- Build and optimize the statement analysis pipeline — PDF extraction (pdfplumber, Tesseract OCR), LLM-powered data parsing with Claude, and automated financial metrics calculation
- Design async background job workflows (ARQ/Redis) that process bank statements at scale with reliability guarantees
- Develop API endpoints, database models (SQLAlchemy + PostgreSQL), and webhook integrations for enterprise customers
- Improve the underwriting recommendation engine — health scoring, deposit mix analysis, and risk screening logic
- Build and maintain the Next.js marketing site and Jinja2/HTMX internal dashboards
- Instrument monitoring, structured logging, and Prometheus metrics for production observability
Requirements
- 3+ years with Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) and async programming
- Strong with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and data modeling for financial data
- Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) and structured data extraction from unstructured documents
- Comfortable with PDF processing, OCR pipelines, or document intelligence systems
- Frontend proficiency — React/Next.js or server-rendered templates (Jinja2, HTMX)
- Self-directed: you can take a feature from spec to deployed and monitored in production

GTM Specialist
MarketingAbout the Role
Turn our product-market fit signal into a repeatable go-to-market engine. Our buyers are MCA funders, ISOs, and alternative lenders who currently waste hours manually scrubbing bank statements. You’ll own the strategy and execution for getting Banklyze in front of decision-makers — through content that demonstrates ROI, strategic partnerships with funding platforms, and presence at industry events like Dequity and SBFA.
What You'll Do
- Develop positioning and messaging that resonates with MCA underwriters, ISO shops, and fund managers
- Create compelling case studies showing time savings and accuracy improvements from Banklyze
- Plan and execute industry event strategy (Dequity, SBFA, broker conferences, MCA meetups)
- Build co-marketing partnerships with CRM providers, funding platforms, and ISO networks
- Own the marketing site content, SEO strategy, and conversion funnel from visitor to demo request
- Track pipeline attribution — tie every marketing activity back to qualified demos and closed revenue
Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in fintech, lending, or financial services
- Strong copywriting — you can explain AI-powered underwriting in plain, compelling language
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics
- Understanding of MCA, alternative lending, or commercial financing is a significant plus
- Scrappy and resourceful — you build playbooks from scratch, not just run existing ones
- Data-driven: you measure what works, kill what doesn’t, and double down on winners

Media Buyer / Paid Ads Specialist
MarketingAbout the Role
We’re scaling paid acquisition and need someone who can spend efficiently in niche B2B financial services verticals. You’ll manage campaigns targeting MCA funders, ISOs, and underwriting teams on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta. This is performance marketing — every dollar needs to trace back to qualified demo requests and pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta targeting lending professionals
- Build retargeting funnels for website visitors, demo-request drop-offs, and content consumers
- Create and A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments focused on MCA/lending personas
- Manage monthly ad budgets ($15K–$50K) with strict CAC and ROAS accountability
- Set up conversion tracking, attribution models, and reporting dashboards tied to CRM pipeline
- Test emerging channels — Reddit Ads, industry publications, programmatic buys on lending sites
Requirements
- 2+ years managing paid media in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services
- Proven track record hitting CAC and ROAS targets with documented campaign results
- Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads (Search + Display)
- Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate testing
- Comfortable with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms

Account Executive
SalesAbout the Role
Own the full sales cycle from qualified demo to closed deal. Our buyers are MCA funders, ISO shops, and alternative lenders tired of manually reviewing financial documents page by page. Banklyze sells on a clear ROI story — hours of manual scrubbing replaced by AI-powered analysis in minutes. Short cycles (2–4 weeks), high-intent inbound, and a product that demos itself.
What You'll Do
- Run product demos showing how Banklyze extracts deposits, identifies stacking, and generates underwriting recommendations
- Manage a pipeline of 30–50 active opportunities with disciplined CRM hygiene
- Negotiate and close annual SaaS contracts ($12K–$60K ACV) across plan tiers
- Partner with the SDR team to refine ICP targeting and outbound messaging for MCA verticals
- Relay product feedback from prospects to engineering — what features close deals, what’s blocking them
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently
Requirements
- 2–4 years full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling into financial services or lending
- Proven quota attainment — bring your numbers, not just titles
- Strong demo skills: you tell a story about ROI and workflow transformation, not just click through screens
- Experience selling into SMB and mid-market companies ($5M–$100M revenue)
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, Sandler, or structured sales methodology

Sales Development Representative
SalesAbout the Role
Be the tip of the spear — identify, research, and engage MCA funders and alternative lenders who should be using Banklyze instead of scrubbing statements by hand. This is outbound-heavy: you’ll book qualified demos for our AE by reaching the right people at funding companies, ISO shops, and lending platforms. If you’re hungry, coachable, and want a fast track to a closing role at a growing fintech startup, this is it.
What You'll Do
- Research and build prospect lists of MCA funders, ISOs, and lending companies currently doing manual underwriting
- Execute 60–80 personalized outbound touches per day (email, LinkedIn, phone) targeting underwriting managers and fund owners
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, the website, and demo requests
- Book 15–20 qualified demos per month for the Account Executive team
- Maintain meticulous CRM records and follow structured outreach cadences
- Collaborate with marketing on messaging, content ideas, and industry event follow-up
Requirements
- 1+ years SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS or outbound sales
- Excellent written communication — your emails get opened and get replies
- Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar outbound tools
- High energy, competitive, and relentlessly organized
